PROBLEM UNDER STUDY
The main point of this research is about the Distinctive H, to know everything about him; his background, which is itself the distinctive its requirement that the company providing the guarantee of quality and cleanliness in food (NORMEX) requires, and the procedure to obtain it.
All this takes place in person, because everyone has a very different way of thinking, what aspects to evaluate, is the student's individual ability to perform a research project, combining the organization and time management and good use of resources which financial counted.
The rationale for this work, as already mentioned in some part of the introduction, is to show the business owner how important it is that your organization has the distinctive, since this is a sign of security and confidence to customers what they are eating is high quality, both food, and the method of preparation, personal hygiene of workers and facilities in which they work. It is also to create awareness among companies about the consequences that can lead to not having the necessary cleaning in food, because some diseases generated as a result of poor hygiene, can become death.
